About the role

Design and build automated Azure infrastructure for Syniti-hosted SaaS workloads.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
Automate monitoring, patching, backup, and DR operations using Azure-native tooling.
Integrate observability frameworks and enforce logging of user and security events.
Collaborate with SRE and security teams to meet Cyber Essentials+ and SecNumCloud control objectives.
Provide L3 incident response and lead root cause analysis efforts in Azure-hosted environments.

10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure including AKS, Storage, Monitor, and IAM.
3+ years of experience in Terraform module development in support of Azure deployments
3+ years in CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD).
Experience in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Experience implementing regional compliance controls
Understanding of Zero Trust principles, service identity, and workload isolation.
