• Capture Manager
• Position Summary: Synergy ECP is seeking a highly motivated Capture Manager to lead capture efforts for strategic federal government opportunities. The Capture Manager will drive all phases of the capture lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal submission, collaborating closely with business development, technical teams, and proposal staff to win new business. This position is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of federal procurement and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Key Responsibilities: Capture Strategy & Planning; Customer & Stakeholder Engagement; Team Coordination & Leadership; Proposal Development Support; Market & Opportunity Intelligence.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred; 3+ years GovCon; FAR/DFARS; etc.
• Work Environment & Travel: Remote or hybrid; occasional travel 10–20%.
