About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from aligning the role profile with hiring managers to the onboarding of new employees;
- Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and monitor the stages of the selection process;
- Verify hiring/onboarding documentation and carry out the integration/onboarding of new hires;
- Support other initiatives and routines within the Human and Organizational Development (HOD) area;
- Continuously interact with managers to align profiles and follow up on hiring needs;
- Participate in selection processes for different professional levels and locations, including remote regions;
- Record and monitor all stages of selection processes in control tools and internal systems, ensuring traceability and compliance with audits and quality standards (ISO).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes;
- Experience handling a high volume of vacancies and diverse candidate profiles;
- Experience conducting interviews and interacting with hiring managers;
- Organized, with strong attention to records and process controls;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage simultaneous demands.
