About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the development of add-ins and integrations within the agentic platform.
Be the first dedicated technical member of the Marketplace team.
Work closely with the VP of Software Partnerships to lead the marketplace roadmap and relations with multiple software partners.
Collaborate with partners for integration planning.
Participate in backlog refinement, team retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A deep understanding of developing add-ins, plugins or integrations for complex software systems.
An AI-native mindset and curiosity to constantly learn and develop your skills.
Hands-on experience with PLM, SPDM, or MES platforms.
Strong proficiency in C# and C++.
Solid algorithmic and logical thinking skills.
Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy – communicating directly with partners, making technical decisions, and owning projects from start to finish.
Strong communicator in English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
