About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Engage senior leaders and decision-makers via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, reaching 60+ activities per day).
  • Shape and manage targeted outbound campaigns, working with the Marketing team to optimize messaging.
  • Spark interest in Synera’s Agentic AI solutions through compelling storytelling and value-driven conversations.
  • Analyze outreach performance, test new approaches, and refine our SDR playbook.
  • Create great Discovery Calls, proving you can turn outreach into meaningful conversations for our Sales team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid and proven experience in outbound activities in B2B SaaS environment.
  • Track record with convincing results (e.g. overachieving quota for multiple quarters).
  • Ability to pitch complex technical solutions (bonus if you have experience in AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation).
  • Know CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g. Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).
  • Handle rejections and iterate quickly; resilient with a growth mindset.
  • You resonate with Synera's Core Values - they're central to how we work.
