About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Executives on the West Coast, Marketing, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
  • Lead software rollouts and ensure fast, measurable customer value realization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • Manage senior engineering stakeholders and internal Synera teams (AI, Academy, and Technical Experts).
  • Build and expand long-term enterprise relationships, driving adoption through structured engagement and strategic outreach.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in the engineering domain, including enterprise account management, technical consulting, and account growth.
  • Strong familiarity with CAx tools and their applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Highly data-driven, able to interpret customer metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving measurable account growth.
