About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the website end-to-end and design visitor journeys for at least 2 target personas with measurable lead generation impact in the first 6 months.
Maintain and extend the website design system.
Scale output through automated design workflows using tools like n8n and Claude.
Create assets across every marketing channel including social media and email.
Collaborate with the design team, coordinating on brand evolution and shared asset libraries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B web design, landing pages, and marketing asset creation
Proven experience designing for lead generation and conversion
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Track record of building repeatable AI-powered workflows
Understanding responsive web design principles
Experience designing layouts that are implementable
Created assets across multiple channels: web, social media, email, print
UX thinking to map user journeys and structure information hierarchy
Comfortable working in Webflow
Strong English skills for an international business environment
BONUS: Front-end coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
