- You will be at the forefront of one of the most significant shifts in engineering history - selling Synera's AI Agent Platform to the companies that build our physical world.
- This role is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional who excels at expanding existing opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing market penetration to deliver sustained impact.
Requirements
- Proven B2B SaaS Sales Expertise: You bring a strong track record of success in selling technically complex software solutions within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Established Industry Network: You possess an active and well-developed network of relevant contacts within our target market, enabling you to generate and accelerate business opportunities.
- Engineering Domain Expertise: You have an engineering background or hands-on experience working with or selling engineering software (e.g., CAD, CAE, PLM, or similar solutions), enabling you to effectively engage with technical stakeholders and understand customer challenges.
- Executive-Level Engagement: You are skilled at building relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders and bring an existing portfolio of relevant accounts within our industry.
- You're genuinely excited about where AI is taking the engineering world - you don't need to be a technical expert, but you're curious, informed, and eager to have that conversation with customers.
