About the role
- Own and grow our inside sales engine, coaching a team that books qualified meetings with senior engineering stakeholders.
- Work closely with the CRO to elevate the SDR function across Europe and future APAC regions.
- Hire, coach, and develop SDRs while conducting hands-on testing of new approaches.
- Drive pipeline generation and ensure targets are consistently met and exceeded.
- Conduct hands-on experimentation; testing new outbound channels and messaging approaches.
- Build scalable systems, playbooks, and workflows to enable optimal performance of the team.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for seamless alignment.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of proven experience building and scaling inside sales / BDR / SDR functions in enterprise B2B software.
- Experience selling or supporting sales of complex, multi-stakeholder software solutions in technical/engineering domains.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus for coaching German-speaking SDRs.
- Hands-on and results-driven: models excellence, jumps on calls, tests new approaches alongside the team.
- Strong operational skills: building processes, analyzing data, optimizing conversion funnels, making evidence-based decisions.
- Inspiring leader with abilities to hire top talent, onboard quickly, and coach to high performance.
- Comfort with ambiguity and moving fast – a builder role for those who thrive in scale-up environments.
