About the role
- Independently manage the highest complexity level RFPs and Feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas
- Liaise with various business units to assess RFP challenges
- Identify and escalate issues for resolution
- Coordinate work on larger joint projects
- Participate in developing relevant metrics to measure impact of data asset use
- Attend bid defense teleconferences and meetings with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Able to independently undertake the highest complexity level RFPs and Feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas
- Proactively liaises with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, Business Analysts, and other team members
- Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests
- Capable of working efficiently within processes and delivering assignments across all therapeutic areas
- Excellent editing-level verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members up to Senior Feasibility Lead level
