About the role
- Support accurate and compliant document filing within Veeva RIM
- Perform eTMF filing activities while adhering to GxP guidelines
- Manage document handling activities within Veeva
- Ensure documents meet quality and integrity standards
- Categorize documents systematically for retrieval
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in ETMF filing and Document management systems
- Experience in Filing documents based on Versions, Metadata and Filing structure
- Experience of Veeva (Viva) RIM / Veeva Clinical
- Good understanding of GxP guidelines
- Excellent communication skills in English
