About the role
- Complete workstream value parity gap analysis and consult with business stakeholders for approval.
- Conduct functional gap analysis, discovery documentation, and related JIRA epics and stories; Write detailed requirements for the go-forward solution based on discovery and pre-work that has already been completed.
- Data mapping and migration tool analysis and artifacts
- Collaborate with the UI-UX team to take wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups
- Shepard product requirements through SDLC – architecture review, engineering refinement, development and testing
- Review solution with internal and external customers throughout the process to ensure all use cases are accounted for. Conduct Product demos (post-development delivery) and go-to-market materials in collaboration with IMO, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
- Work with internal Syndigo teams on commercialization and GTM activities
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management/business analysis experience
- Preferred background in: eCommerce, GDSN, and or Product Information Management
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across product and engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
- Familiarity with integration strategy, customer migration, and platform consolidation is a plus.
