About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of cloud-based service lifecycle management solutions for global clients, primarily in manufacturing and aftermarket industries
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, commercials, contracts, percentage of completion, and change requests for typically 6–12 month projects
Partner with customer project managers to drive implementation projects to success
Define and manage project goals and success criteria
Coordinate customer and Syncron project team members across locations and coach them in Syncron’s standardized methodology
Identify and mitigate project risks with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead
Drive project progress using end-to-end customer business process thinking while maintaining project objectives and contractual conditions
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university with a qualified degree, for example in Industrial Management, Economics, or Engineering
Minimum 2–3 years implementing SaaS solutions
At least 2 years managing projects of a similar size
Accountability for customer needs and delivery of results
Structured work approach and ability to drive project progress through a project plan
Comfortable communicating in groups and leading meetings to achieve objectives
Fluent business English, orally and in writing
Willingness to travel and spend time directly with clients; 20–25% travel expected
Experience with warranty, supply chain, or pricing software is an advantage
Strong experience in the after-sales domain is an advantage
