About the role

  • Provide Recruitment and Staffing services to various industries.
  • Understand hiring strategies, talent availability, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with staffing trade associations, training, and research organizations to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot).
  • Experience configuring Engagement Studio journeys, automation rules, scoring models, dynamic lists, and campaign hierarchies.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) and audience activation concepts.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) or behavioral marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices including IP warming, sender reputation, bounce management, and email validation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture and marketing automation ecosystem.
  • Experience working in high-volume campaign operations environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with distributed delivery teams (onsite + offshore).
  • Certifications (Required): Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Consultant, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (preferred).
