About the role
- Develop and execute a strategy for sustainable business growth in the DACH market
- Own the full relationship with SAP at all levels
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams
- Monitor and report on performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5–7 years of experience in alliance management, partner management, or business development
- Proven track record of building strategic partnerships
- Knowledge of SAP's partner ecosystem
- Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work well in a team
- Proficient in MS Office; Atlassian experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and persuasiveness
- Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (at least B2)
