About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell Regional and Store-level client leadership on the benefits of company products to drive product engagement and in-store execution
  • Maintain relationships through effective and timely communication and attendance at market and store meetings
  • Develop in-store product execution strategies and action plans
  • Ensure regional strategies are effectively rolled out to stores
  • Drive application volume to meet or exceed goals
  • Meet or exceed established client satisfaction survey targets
  • Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs and conduct ongoing training
  • Develop credit awareness programs with store and market management
  • Audit signage and point-of-sale materials for compliance and communicate issues
  • Support the Client Program Manager and client team initiatives
  • Compile and present results of ongoing credit programs
  • Manage travel and marketing budgets
  • Attend and support store opening and relocation events
  • Develop and maintain external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels
  • Maximize credit support and commitment at store level
  • Develop annual marketing plans for stores
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field
  • Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to respond quickly to customer needs
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written, oral, nonverbal)
  • Private Label Sales and Marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong finance business and industry acumen
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of onboarding
  • Must satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
  • Employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
