About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive OnePay credit program growth across Walmart territory
- Partner with Market and Store leadership to increase applications, new accounts, and credit sales
- Lead strong client relationships and market/store engagement
- Deliver training and ensure strategies are implemented consistently
- Monitor competitive activity and adjust field tactics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
- In lieu of degree, HS diploma/GED and 5+ years' experience in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
- Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
- Must live in territory
