About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive OnePay credit program growth across assigned Walmart territory
- Design and execute market- and store-level initiatives
- Partner with Market and Store leadership to implement action plans
- Drive in-store execution of marketing programs
- Train and coach store and market teams
- Build credit awareness through programs and events
- Monitor competitive activity and adjust field tactics
- Manage budgets for travel and field marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
- HS diploma/GED and 5+ years' experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
- Must live in territory
