About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead performance measurement and support for four B2B sales teams, including goal setting, KPI definitions, and executive dashboards
  • Partner with Sales Enablement team, sales leaders and others, to design, implement, and measure outcomes of data-driven selling solutions and field initiatives
  • Perform deep-dive analyses, and create executive-ready materials that communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Own the provider performance data mart and reporting layer (e.g., datasets, feeds, metric definitions, views)
  • Drive operational efficiency and standard processes for analytics delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional analytics experience with demonstrated business impact
  • 3+ years of hands-on programming/data mining using SAS and SQL (building datasets, not only querying)
  • Experience supporting commercial stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, credit risk, client teams)
  • Strong executive communication skills (ability to influence decisions using data, and present to senior leaders)
  • Experience working with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
