About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive day-to-day operations of the Virgin Red credit program and its related technologies
- Provide relationship management, project management, production support, and technical expertise for Synchrony partners under the Digital sales platform
- Develop creative solutions to support business strategy or resolve issues
- Drive and support technology development initiatives leveraging Agile processes
- Maintain and communicate project status, milestones, and critical issues with stakeholders
- Participate in on-call rotation for Synchrony production issues that impact partners and cardholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Technology experience OR in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of Technology experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with leading initiatives, including gathering business requirements, planning and defining enhancements, and execution/delivery using Waterfall/SDLC or Agile frameworks
- Superior verbal, written, and client communication skills
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
