About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive day-to-day operations of the Virgin Red credit program and its related technologies
  • Provide relationship management, project management, production support, and technical expertise for Synchrony partners under the Digital sales platform
  • Develop creative solutions to support business strategy or resolve issues
  • Drive and support technology development initiatives leveraging Agile processes
  • Maintain and communicate project status, milestones, and critical issues with stakeholders
  • Participate in on-call rotation for Synchrony production issues that impact partners and cardholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Technology experience OR in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of Technology experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with leading initiatives, including gathering business requirements, planning and defining enhancements, and execution/delivery using Waterfall/SDLC or Agile frameworks
  • Superior verbal, written, and client communication skills
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
