About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Compliance leadership with respect to key strategic projects and initiatives tied to annual Compliance business and strategic goals
- Partner with Compliance leaders in strategic planning
- Lead functional workstreams to ensure Compliance-owned projects and initiatives have clear objectives, attainable timelines
- Collaborate with other key stakeholders to ensure broader awareness of Compliance initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years’ experience in Compliance Risk management in a financial institution with a Bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, 9+ years’ experience in Compliance Risk management in a financial institution
- 3+ years experience in a Project Management role in a financial institution
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
