Key responsibilities & impact

Support Compliance leadership with respect to key strategic projects and initiatives tied to annual Compliance business and strategic goals
Partner with Compliance leaders in strategic planning
Lead functional workstreams to ensure Compliance-owned projects and initiatives have clear objectives, attainable timelines
Collaborate with other key stakeholders to ensure broader awareness of Compliance initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ experience in Compliance Risk management in a financial institution with a Bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, 9+ years’ experience in Compliance Risk management in a financial institution
3+ years experience in a Project Management role in a financial institution
PMP certification preferred
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
