About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the liaison between Line of Business Units and Data Protection engineers to establish new Data Protection policies and rules and/or rule refinement
Support the Data Protection product owner defining the intent, roadmap, and strategy to ensure execution and delivery of the data protection and data discovery roadmap
Develop, define, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of data protection controls
Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain dashboards in Tableau that visualize KPIs and KRIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems with 4 years of experience or related field OR in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years DLP experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in data protection and data management
Accountable for designing and building effective DLP policies and rules to protect and safeguard the organization's data
Proven ability to define, track, and manage KPIs and KRIs related to data protection and risk management
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau to develop dashboards that effectively communicate data protection metrics to stakeholders
