About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the liaison between Line of Business Units and Data Protection engineers to establish new Data Protection policies and rules and/or rule refinement
- Support the Data Protection product owner defining the intent, roadmap, and strategy to ensure execution and delivery of the data protection and data discovery roadmap
- Develop, define, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of data protection controls
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain dashboards in Tableau that visualize KPIs and KRIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems with 4 years of experience or related field OR in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years DLP experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data protection and data management
- Accountable for designing and building effective DLP policies and rules to protect and safeguard the organization's data
- Proven ability to define, track, and manage KPIs and KRIs related to data protection and risk management
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau to develop dashboards that effectively communicate data protection metrics to stakeholders
