About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with Directors of Operations
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives for the field team including training tool development
  • Support client team initiatives and ensure program performance & sales goals are met
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to develop and improve client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Sales and/or marketing in client-facing, client management or retail management roles
  • Experience and proficiency in CRM, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau as well as reporting
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30%
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
