About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct in-person visits to high-value healthcare providers across the Dental industry
  • Drive product adoption and engagement supporting healthcare providers
  • Own a defined book of mid-to-large practices; prioritize accounts and set practice-level strategies
  • Develop long term client relationships with physician offices
  • Assist providers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Engage in-person and virtual meetings with office staff and doctors/owners
  • Ensure clear understanding of the CareCredit program
  • Drive engagement in scheduled, outcome-driven meetings
  • Lead sales strategy and manage budget for assigned territory
  • Utilize identified sales strategies to achieve results
  • Develop profound knowledge in Dental industry
  • Meet/exceed performance measurements and KPI expectations
  • Assist with commercialization of provider Point of Sale (POS) initiatives
  • Partner with industry account representatives to drive adoption and utilization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 3 years sales experience including 1+ years of Consultative Sales experience
  • Ability to travel daily up to 80% field with 25% overnight travel
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • Outside sales experience, Field Sales and Virtual/tele-sales experience
  • Skilled in virtual engagement, data-driven selling - supported by CRM insights
  • Business travel & expense budgeting knowledge
  • Sales experience in the dental industry
  • Solution-oriented, consultive, value-based selling experience
  • Medical sales / marketing experience
  • Executive sales, account management, and assigned-territory routing experience
  • Ability to drive field-based growth with strong territory ownership
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce
  • Private label credit card and marketing experience
  • Strong finance business/industry acumen, fluency in patient financing
  • Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs
  • Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly
  • Customer focused mind set with ability to respond quickly to customer needs
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written, oral, non-verbal)
