About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead two Agile scrum teams executing the roadmap for services that power our digital servicing applications
Facilitate strategic and tactical conversations among a wide range of business and technical stakeholders
Collaborate with digital product owners, technical leads, clients, and other stakeholders in delivering a seamless customer experience in the authentication space
Onboard client-specific implementations
Enhance lookup capabilities for internal stakeholders
Manage Sprints - keeping order, process, delivery, and priorities accurate and on time
Advocate for autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving teams
Participate as part of the Synchrony Innovation Station in contributing and leading innovation activities and practices with the full cross-functional product team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of IT experience or equivalent leadership program experience; OR in lieu of degree High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of IT experience
Experience in developing and implementing information systems and project management experience
Ability to travel for business as required
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, software developers in particular
Passion for Agile development and demonstrable experience helping teams mature in their delivery
Previous experience with enterprise-level APIs & PCF services
Experience working in SAFe / scaled Agile a plus
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Rovo and other Atlassian products; fluency in MS Office
Superior organization skills and adept at multi-tasking
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
An analytical approach to problem solving and trouble shooting
A “can do” and flexible attitude with an ability to hit the ground running and learn on your feet
High level of initiative and can work well in a team environment
