About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect partner integration solutions including end-to-end flows, API/interface contracts, error handling, resiliency, and observability
- Own and evolve the partner integration/onboarding approach
- Support new business deals by participating in discovery, assessments, and solution options
- Establish integration measurement and feedback loops to identify bottlenecks
- Identify and drive opportunities to streamline integrations
- Influence agile development teams through all phases of the Agile development lifecycle
- Implement new technologies and assist developers during migration
- Ensure compliance with synchronization architecture and security standards
- Assist in crafting future-state integration architecture strategy
- Participate in Agile scrums and provide architecture guidance
- Participate in incident reports and root cause analysis
- Identify ways to increase efficiency and improve system performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience with solution/integration architecture OR in lieu of degree, HS Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience with solution/integration architecture
- Minimum of 6 years of cross-functional application development experience
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
- Experience building and consuming web services via SOAP and REST
- Familiarity with cloud-native application architecture, microservices ecosystem, and full-stack solution design
- Experience with continuous integration environments and strong automated testing practices
- Strong cross-functional team player
- Experience using Splunk (or equivalent tooling)
- Excellence in technical communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing and supporting financial/banking applications (preferred)
