Key responsibilities & impact

lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for enrolling new practices across CareCredit markets
deliver monthly enrollment goals through disciplined sales management, performance coaching, and the design and execution of incentive programs
ensure consistent and effective customer conversations and improved conversion outcomes
maintain strong awareness of technologies impacting sales productivity
partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and continuous improvement
conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and recommend salary actions consistent with policy and results
develop and implement a repeatable sales language program
execute structured coaching cadences including call monitoring and feedback

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in Sales and/or a Call Center environment
3+ years of experience managing people and/or teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
1+ year of inside and/or outside sales experience (or equivalent phone-based sales leadership exposure)
advanced computer skills including Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
