About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end operational execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, direct mail, digital, SMS, etc.) to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and measurable outcomes
- Segmentation and prioritization of target audiences
- Partner with industry to identify and execute marketing opportunities to build category and brand awareness with physicians, patients, and thought leaders
- Lead recurring campaign operations standups/status meetings; communicate progress and blockers clearly
- Align stakeholders on scope changes, tradeoffs, and timelines; manage expectations and approvals
- Create standard operating procedures and templates to improve throughput and consistency
- Collaborate with internal & external agencies on creative execution and channel delivery
- Partner with analytics teams to measure impact, leverage data to drive future campaigns
- Manage budget including forecasting and tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree OR high school diploma with 8 years of marketing experience
- Minimum of 4 years marketing experience that includes innovating and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, and digital channels
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
