About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for strategy development and execution for the portfolio
  • Develop and manage strategic action plans to achieve performance targets
  • Understand the portfolio dynamics to develop, support and implement key business strategies
  • Own and drive overall portfolio financial performance and key growth metrics
  • Lead cross-functional client teams in achieving strategic projects and key deliverables
  • Represent SYF's interests in negotiations with the client
  • Manage weekly and monthly client and corporate reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or high school equivalent plus 12+ years of business development / client management experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of business development/client management experience in credit card, fintech, Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL), or Digital Wallet platforms
  • Minimum of 5 years negotiation and contract management experience
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
  • MBA preferred
