Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations Excellence, and Automation
1+ years of experience with Fiserv system configuration tools: PCF, Decision Quest®, SCS, and PEP
1+ years of strong understanding of green screens and legacy testing
3+ years of strong knowledge of QA processes, quality frameworks, and governance models
2+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools, AI platforms, or workflow automation technologies
2+ years of proven capability to assess and implement new technologies and tools effectively
2+ years of experience with Excel macros and/or test automation using Python/Selenium, with exposure to AI/GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI/Automation Anywhere AI
2+ years exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in utilizing SAS, SQL, Power Apps, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and various other database languages
1+ years of proficient in building and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI, with experience translating business requirements into actionable insights
In-depth understanding of artificial intelligence principles, encompassing neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), AI & GEN AI.
