Key responsibilities & impact

Design monitoring frameworks and develop metrics to track performance of model-based strategies
Collaborate with strategy owners to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
Identify execution gaps and support business leaders in course corrections
Develop thorough documentation to support model-based strategies and performance monitoring
Execute governance review cycles of model-based strategies
Integrate external indicators to assess strategy resiliency
Leverage tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Python to deliver insights
Mentor reporting analyst(s) to track measurable outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of analytics experience in strategy analytics, credit risk, business performance monitoring, or decision science in a financial services environment
3+ years of experience in tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, or other analytics and visualization platforms
Proven experience executing performance monitoring frameworks
Strong working knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into data-driven monitoring processes
Familiarity with model governance or credit risk governance and regulatory expectations
Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex trends into clear summaries for executive-level reporting
