About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • manage end-to-end campaign execution within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time with proper QA and compliance checks
  • collaborate with stakeholders to translate client requirements into executable SFMC workflows
  • adhere to execution SOPs, QA processes, and documentation within the campaign management systems
  • identify opportunities for automation, scalability and process improvement
  • leverage AI (Einstein Engagement scoring, AI powered send time optimization) to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • explore and implement AI tools for subject line optimization, A/B testing automation, and content optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or MBA in Marketing/Digital marketing
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in building and deploying B2B email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or in lieu of a degree, 4+ years of hands-on-experience executing Email campaigns via email service platform
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Marketing Channel experience i.e., Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile push/wallet campaigns
  • Proven experience in B2B campaign operations or marketing automation
  • Exposure to any enterprise email service platform: PCM/Harmony (or) Zeta Marketing Platform (or) SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems.
