Key responsibilities & impact

Lead agile teams as the Scrum Master for customer servicing platform initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of IT experience or equivalent leadership program experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of IT experience
Experience in developing and implementing information systems and project management experience
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Strong project management background with a focus on technology, front end integrations and the Agile framework
Experience managing offshore resources and organizing large cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluency in MS Office
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian products is a plus
