About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, plan, and execute modern workplace programs aligned to US Hub Strategy
Manage project cost, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
Own program communications and prepare project documentation
Coordinate technology readiness planning for Interns and BLPs
Support onboarding/offboarding programs
Ensure project deliverables align across workplace operations, technology teams, and end-user experience requirements
Coordinate desk, office, and AV setups and decommissions
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ experience in technology program management, or in lieu of a degree, High School/GED and 10+ years of technology program management
10+ years of experience leading technology projects/programs, with significant delivery experience in infrastructure initiatives
Strong command of scope management, scheduling, dependency management, governance cadence, change control, and delivery metrics
Experience applying Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches
Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure domains: Compute, AD/Identity, Printers, Avaya Phones, AV Equipment, Network fundamentals
Ability to engage effectively with engineers and translate technical details into business-impact terms
Proficiency with common project delivery tools like MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and reporting tools like Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with ServiceNow is beneficial
PMP certification preferred or equivalent credentials
