Key responsibilities & impact

Sell Regional & Club-level client leadership on the benefits of our products
Drive application volume to meet/exceed goals
Exceed customer satisfaction by meeting/exceeding client satisfaction survey goals
Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs; conduct ongoing training
Develop credit awareness programs with store/market management
Support Client Program Manager and client team initiatives
Attend/support store opening and relocation events
Develop and maintain key external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels
Develop annual marketing plans for stores to support business goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
In lieu of completed degree, HS diploma/GED and 5+ years' experience in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
Minimum of 2 years’ Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
Must live in territory
