Key responsibilities & impact

Leading multiple agile scrum teams for Strategic Initiatives within the Credit organization
Foster agile behavior and act as a servant leader and coach
Assist self-organizing teams by facilitating discussions, removing roadblocks, and maintaining focus
Manage diverse IT teams and ensure accurate delivery of project commitments
Communicate and facilitate effectively across agile teams and the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Technology experience or equivalent leadership program experience or in lieu of degree
High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of IT experience, experience in developing and implementing information systems and project management experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and implementing information systems
Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and/or scrum master with strong understanding of Agile.
