Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of HR and organizational change experience
Proven success leading large-scale change initiatives
Understanding of AI concepts and their implications for workforce transformation
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
