About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and lead the HR AI change management strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to embed people-centered change practices
- Establish a framework for assessing AI-driven workforce impacts
- Define and measure key success indicators for AI adoption
- Lead efforts to help every employee understand AI impacts on their roles
- Create experiences that build confidence about AI adoption
- Partner with Communications and Learning teams to craft messaging

Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of HR and organizational change experience
- Proven success leading large-scale change initiatives
- Understanding of AI concepts and their implications for workforce transformation
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
- Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
