About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Walmart Regional Vice President leadership team
Lead engagement and support of the credit program
Develop and execute initiatives across region(s)
Monitor partner performance and support growth strategies
Drive accountability by supporting brand, culture and values
Leverage internal and external channels to influence partners
Maintain competitive information and optimize differentiation
Coordinate portfolio performance reviews
Provide value added analysis & reporting to client partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years’ experience working in the retail or financial services industry
Minimum of 3 years of Field or outside sales experience
Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship/Development Management experience
Experience of 2 years working with C-Suite level management or client field leadership teams
Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time in and out of assigned territory
