About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver on SYF and OnePay’s credit program objectives for applications, new accounts and credit sales
Monitor partner performance dynamics to develop and support growth strategies and action plans
Partner with assigned client Sr. field leadership team and drive accountability by supporting their brand
Help maintain competitive information and optimize how we differentiate vs the competition
Ability to work effectively in a highly cross-functional environment with other departments such as Marketing, IT, Risk, Operations & Training
Provide value-added analysis & reporting to client partners to evaluate and drive program performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years’ experience in the retail or financial services industry
Minimum of 3 years of Field or outside sales experience
Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship/Development Management experience
Experience of 2 years working with C-Suite level management or client field leadership teams
Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time in and out of the assigned territory
