About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver on SYF and OnePay’s credit program objectives for applications, new accounts and credit sales
  • Monitor partner performance dynamics to develop and support growth strategies and action plans
  • Partner with assigned client Sr. field leadership team and drive accountability by supporting their brand
  • Help maintain competitive information and optimize how we differentiate vs the competition
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly cross-functional environment with other departments such as Marketing, IT, Risk, Operations & Training
  • Provide value-added analysis & reporting to client partners to evaluate and drive program performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years’ experience in the retail or financial services industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of Field or outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship/Development Management experience
  • Experience of 2 years working with C-Suite level management or client field leadership teams
  • Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time in and out of the assigned territory
