Customer Support Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and respond to all communications within mandated service level
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 troubleshooting opportunities with >85% First Call Resolution
- Assist with accessing the portal and utilize portal
- Troubleshoot Basic Kiosk Hardware and Software Issues
- Document information within tickets and escalate issues outside scope
- Perform special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years’ experience in a technical Customer Support position; or High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 2+ years experience
- 1+ years’ experience with various Customer Support and CRM Tools (such as Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
