Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for Oracle ERP Cloud teams
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Functional Consultants, and QA
Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams
Identify, track, and remove impediments blocking team progress
Monitor team metrics and provide transparent reporting to management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years in Information Technology or a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information
Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Scrum Master or in project management leading Agile teams
Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in improving software development process and practices
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent a plus
