Key responsibilities & impact

Lead analytics-driven strategy for a strategic and growing PayPal portfolio
Partner closely with Marketing, Credit, Finance, Product, and brand analytics leads to identify and quantify revenue and profit opportunities
Optimize marketing and product performance
Translate customer, financial, and behavioral data into clear recommendations and business cases
Communicate insights and recommendations to internal leaders and client/partner teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, OR in lieu of degree, high school diploma and 9+ years of work experience in marketing analytics in the financial services, credit card and/or payments industry
5+ years of analytics experience experience
3+ years of analytics experience in financial services, payments, retail, or credit cards
3+ years of hands-on experience with data and analytics tools (e.g., SQL plus SAS/R/Python) and working with large datasets/data warehouse environments
2+ years of experience managing remotely located teams
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
