About the role
- Lead analytics team to develop capabilities and insights for JCP credit products and retail business
- Develop analytic strategy to achieve business goals and drive profitable growth
- Spearhead development and delivery of analytic solutions for marketing and customer experience initiatives
- Measure and communicate incremental value of analytics for all use cases
- Collaborate with internal and client leaders to drive analytic strategy
- Manage and develop a team of analytics professionals
- Foster partnerships to develop and implement analytic capabilities
- Drive portfolio growth through analytic solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and 10+ years of work experience in financial services or payments industry
- 7+ years leading analytics for Credit portfolios
- 7+ years developing and implementing business and advanced analytics
- 4+ years of analytic leadership/managerial experience; 2+ years managing remote teams
- 4+ years managing large scale analytic projects
- 5+ years of client-facing experience influencing business decisions with senior leaders
- 5+ years using SAS, SQL, and/or Python
- 3+ years developing predictive models and customer segmentation
- Must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time
