About the role
- Partner with GM, Client Leaders & Cross Functional teams to drive organic sales growth for small to medium contractual partners in the Home Furnishings market.
- Ensure program performance & sales goals are met.
- Assures all contractual & compliance obligations are being met.
- Ability to leverage various channels to influence retail partner to achieve growth goals.
- Help maintain competitive information and optimize how we differentiate vs. the competition.
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to develop & improve client relationships as well as sell the value of our business services.
- Provide value added analysis & reporting to client to evaluate & drive program performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales and/or marketing roles managing or running a consumer finance or PLCC program or portfolio either from bank or retailer side of business.
- 2+ years’ experience in either client management or retail management.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
