About the role
- Sell Regional & Store level client leadership on the benefits of our products
- Maintain relationships through effective and timely communication
- Attend market/store meetings and develop in-store product execution strategies
- Ensure regional strategies are rolled out to stores
- Drive application volume to meet/exceed goals
- Exceed customer satisfaction parameters
- Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs
- Develop credit awareness programs with store/market management
- Support Client Program Manager and client team initiatives
- Compile and present results of ongoing credit programs
- Attend/support store opening and relocation events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
- In lieu of completed degree, HS diploma/GED and 5+ years' experience in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
- Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
