About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, develop, and drive Synchrony’s Pay Later product across all platforms
- Drive the vision and roadmap of innovative capabilities
- Partner with technology teams to drive efficiency
- Lead planning meetings and provide advice on product direction
- Understand industry insights and market analysis
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on marketing and positioning
- Liaise with Business Development to ensure proper representation in RFPs
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and growth opportunities
- Engage with Compliance and Legal for adherence to requirements
- Own product enhancements from ideation to execution
- Lead cross-functional teams through project plans
- Monitor and report on key product metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma with 10 years of experience in marketing or product in financial services
- Minimum of 6 years of marketing or product expertise
- Proven track record of launching products with business impact
- Ability to influence and coordinate multi-functional teams
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel for business as required
