About the role

  • Responsible for validation of calls to support business requirements
  • Provide support in execution of complaint monitoring controls
  • Project suggestions on criteria changes based on requirements
  • Conduct validation and calibration sessions as necessary
  • Partner with internal and external resources to develop deliverables
  • Support projects driving operational excellence as subject matter expert

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual and fluent (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
  • Experience with tools like Prosodica, Verint or equivalent tools is desirable
  • Complaints Operations experience preferred
