About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for validation of calls to support business requirements
- Provide support in execution of complaint monitoring controls
- Project suggestions on criteria changes based on requirements
- Conduct validation and calibration sessions as necessary
- Partner with internal and external resources to develop deliverables
- Support projects driving operational excellence as subject matter expert
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be bilingual and fluent (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Spanish
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
- Experience with tools like Prosodica, Verint or equivalent tools is desirable
- Complaints Operations experience preferred
