About the role

  • Drive strategic initiatives to empower the commercial organization through targeted marketing programs.
  • Lead the development of marketing enablement initiatives that support sales teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize, standardize, and socialize marketing content.
  • Develop and manage marketing enablement reporting dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify gaps and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Stay current with industry trends to innovate and elevate programs.
  • Support additional strategic projects in support of the broader Marketing Operations team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or high school equivalent plus 10 years in marketing
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or marketing operations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics
  • Proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement (e.g., Seismic)
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to travel for business as required.
