About the role
- Drive strategic initiatives to empower the commercial organization through targeted marketing programs.
- Lead the development of marketing enablement initiatives that support sales teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize, standardize, and socialize marketing content.
- Develop and manage marketing enablement reporting dashboards for actionable insights.
- Utilize data analytics to identify gaps and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Stay current with industry trends to innovate and elevate programs.
- Support additional strategic projects in support of the broader Marketing Operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or high school equivalent plus 10 years in marketing
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or marketing operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics
- Proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement (e.g., Seismic)
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to travel for business as required.
