About the role
- Assume ownership of the integration of adverse media program initiatives
- Ensure comprehensive oversight of the AML Operations & Watchlist Screening Team
- Monitor daily alert volumes and analyze KPI/KRI for potential escalations
- Provide ongoing monitoring as part of onboarding and continuous screening processes
- Serve as an additional point of contact for annual Sanctions risk assessment and related activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in BSA/AML/OFAC in a large financial institution
- 4+ years of experience in Adverse Media Program Management in a large financial institution
- 4+ years of experience with bank policies, procedures, and operations.
- Working knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC Sanctions, and the FFIEC Examinations Manual
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
