About the role
- Define and execute the Sam’s Club credit sales strategy
- Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers
- Drive education and adoption of Sam’s Club Consumer and Commercial credit programs
- Achieve and surpass credit application and sales targets
- Develop, communicate, and execute strategic action plans to drive sales growth
- Inspire, coach, and guide Regional Sales Managers
- Strengthen partnerships across stakeholders
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management
- Manage expense budgets
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key client contacts
- Gather and interpret competitive intelligence and market trends to identify opportunities
- Lead or participate in special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience in retail and/or consumer financial services Sales function
- Minimum of 5 years developing and leading Sales strategies
- Minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience
- Based in or willingness to relocate to Bentonville, AR
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50%+)
